What is the meaning of “carbohydrates” and what are they? And are they good or bad? The media spends a lot of time villainising carbs. And many popular “diets” over the past decades recommend low carb or no carb eating patterns.

Therefore its not surprising that the majority of my clients come to me fearing carbs. However, each and every time, I find that by exploring the science behind this nutrient with them, and breaking it down to the level of molecules, they are much more confident in choosing healthy eating patterns that work for them and their energy levels.
