Neurological conditions

Dietitian Didi has significant experience in working with people with conditions such as Parkinsons Disease, Motor Neurone Disease and Multiple Sclerosis from her time working in the area of neurology in a Dublin hospital.
Healthy Ageing
Our nutrition needs can change as we age, and keeping up with a healthy diet can help you towards maintaining your health, mobility and vitality. Find out more today about how Dietitian Didi can help you or a loved one use healthy nutrition to promote healthy ageing! Didi worked in the area of “medicine for the Elderly” in hospitals and long-term care settings across Ireland.
Poor Appetite
Unfortunately, 1 in 4 people admitted to Irish hospitals is at risk of malnutrition, and this is putting us at risk of infection, reduced mobility and poor skin healing. We can work with you to make the most of your food and nutrition when your appetite is poor. Didi can work alongside your doctors and therapy team to help you maintain and improve your nutritional health.
Healthy Eating
While many of us know the basics of healthy eating, it can be very useful to speak to a dietitian to help you find ways to implement them. We can help you identify the facts from the fads, and can make suggestions on how to improve your diet for your health.
Plant-based diets
Are you eager to move to a more plant-based diet? Flexitarian, vegetarian and vegan diets are on the rise, and are shown to be beneficial for both our health and our planet. Didi herself is striving to eat more sustainably, and can help you to make sure your diet is meeting all your nutrition needs.
Intuitive eating
Many of us struggle with a complicated relationship with food and our bodies. Didi can help you to tune back in to your hunger/satiety cues and help you delve into the thought-processes behind your emotional and stress eating.
And more!
I know how tough it is to make changes to our diet and lifestyle.
Busy schedules, competing priorities and now social distancing…
You have obstacles to eating healthily that are UNIQUE to YOU.
No standard nutrition plan or diet has worked because it just didn’t fit into your life and didn’t understand your struggles.
